Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Meadowlark Massage, we value your time and ours. To ensure the highest quality service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations

  • We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge for the full price of the scheduled session.

  • You will receive a courtesy reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations after this reminder will incur the full charge.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled massage.

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies and illnesses can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Meadowlark Massage management for genuine emergencies or severe illnesses.
